The Municipal Health Department, through the Sub-Secretariat for Primary Care, Surveillance and Health Promotion (Subpav), continues to provide the first, second and third doses of the vaccine against Covid-19. Immunization takes place from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, through the distribution of passwords. Residents should pay attention to vaccination points. (read more below)
On Wednesday (3), people 12 years of age and older are eligible to take the first dose. To receive your first dose, you must be 12 years of age or older, plus provide a document with photo, CPF and proof of residency (read more below)
The second dose will be given to those who took the first dose of Pfizer through September 6 and CoronaVac until October 13. The Pfizer vaccine will also be applied to those who took their first dose of AstraZeneca through August 25. At the time of vaccination, it is necessary to provide a document with a photo, CPF and proof of the first dose, regardless of the immunization factor. (read more below)
To receive the third dose of the Covid-19 vaccine, people age 50 must have received the second dose six months or more ago. The vaccine will be given upon presentation of a document with photo, CPF, Covid-19 vaccination card with the two doses and proof of residency (read more below)
Health professionals must provide proof of vaccination for both doses, ID card, CPF, proof of residency and proof from the board responsible for the category or official document proving performance in the health field (labor card, paycheck). (read more below)
Interns must submit a statement of the institution in which they work, a Covid-19 vaccination card containing the dates of application of previous doses, a document with photo, a CPF or SUS card and proof of residency. (read more below)
