Find out which foods are healthier

Many people think that foods that are good for our bodies are foods that are low in calories, fat, and sugar. Then think of a fruit, vegetable, or vegetable. However, there is no consensus among nutritionists about what foods are healthy for our bodies.

This lack of consensus is due to the lack of just one ingredient that is capable of providing all the nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that our bodies need. However, they are some very good options when we include them in our food:

First in our list we have the avocado, which can be considered one of the best foods, because it is rich in vitamins, minerals and vital substances.

It is rich in vitamin C, which helps with immunity and increases the production of leukocytes and antibodies, which are the body’s defense cells. Moreover, it is a source of Vitamin E, K, A and B6.

Avocados are a source of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats (such as omega-3). Therefore, it is an antioxidant, it fights free radicals throughout the body, and helps lower cholesterol.

Moreover, because it is rich in potassium and magnesium, it is a great choice for consumption before training and exercise.

Eggs are also key to our health because they are high in protein and a great source of energy.

It is a source of vitamin E, A and B complex, as well as zinc, calcium and selenium. Thus, the egg has some benefits such as:

  • Helps the immune system.
  • It has an antioxidant action.
  • Lowers cholesterol.
  • Improves skin absorption of collagen.

The good part is that this food is already part of the Brazilian menu, as it is widely consumed in many dishes. It can be prepared for any of three meals a day.

However, this food is suitable only for children up to 6 months of age, after all, after this period the body begins to receive more needs that only milk can provide.
