Here at TudoCelular, I’ve already seen many tests done by DxOMark, one of the most popular sites regarding the analysis of smartphone cameras, monitors, speakers and microphones, the latest one is Xiaomi 11T sound test.
In a new review published by the website, we can see a comparison that shows the image quality of the iPhone 13 Pro Max when shooting in night mode. To validate the test, DxOMark put the best new Apple phone against the cameras of Huawei P50 Pro, Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra, and the recently released vivo X70 Pro Plus.

DxOMark’s new image analysis aims to analyze hardware performance and hardware computational imaging.
In the main cameras with night mode turned on, the iPhone had an image with less saturated blue tones and a higher contrast ratio compared to its competitors. According to the site, the vivo device achieved the best performance due to the preservation of the colors of the sky. According to analysts, Chinese smartphones have a better texture-to-noise ratio than the iPhone.
In the ultra wide-angle lens, vivo won again, with brighter exposure and greater dynamic range. Meanwhile, the iPhone triumphed in zoom, with a much higher level of detail at 3x zoom – though, when the zoom jumped to 5x, the Xiaomi cell got better than it was thanks to the larger sensor.
In the analysis summary, the site claims that AI allows all models to take high-quality nighttime photos, but this vivo device is ahead of Apple when it comes to texture and noise, while the Cupertino giant excels in hardware and software integration, something that has always been praised across iPhone generations.
