On March 17, 2022, in the Chamber of the Medical Faculty of the University of Sவோo Paulo (FMUSP), the publication “Brazil-United Kingdom Conversations on Digital Health: Challenges and Opportunities in TeleHealth” was launched. This work – in 2012, as a result of six virtual events discussed in the topics of the Digital Health Universe – analyzes the current moment facing the effects of the Kovit-19 epidemic and the future of medicine. The events were organized by Inova HC, Instituto Coalizão Saúde and the British Consulate with the support of the National Medical Academy and in the presence of Brazilian and British experts.

Last year, the UK government and hospital das Clínicas da FMUSP signed a two-year partnership (2021 and 2022) to establish the Digital Health Plan. The UK operates with the experience of the National Health Service (NHS), the country’s public health service.
