Earlier, Johnson had said that the possibility of sending Ukrainian refugees to Rwanda would “not happen” under the government’s controversial plan, released in April.
However, after being questioned by lawmakers about Ukrainians coming to the UK by boat, the Prime Minister said: “If you come here illegally, you are harming everyone who comes here legally.”
