Greek tennis player Stefanos Tsitsipas This Saturday, he won his first title on grass by defeating Spaniard Roberto Bautista in the ATP 250 final in Mallorca.

Tsitsipas finished the match in two-for-1 sets, with parts of 6/4, 3/6 and 7/6 (7-2), in two and a half hours of leaving.
“My matches on grass seem to last longer than those I play on clay,” he commented.
Tsitsipas and Bautista have already faced each other twice, in the Australian Open and the ATP Cup, in 2019 and 2021, with two wins for the Greek, both on solid ground.
Two days before Wimbledon kicks off, the 23-year-old Greek grabbed his 40th win of the year and heads into the tournament with confidence in winning his second title of the season, and his ninth in his career.
With a score of 250 in Mallorca, Tsitsipas, who is currently sixth in the world, beats Denmark’s Casper Ruud and climbs to fifth in the world rankings. The tennis player also received 134,835 euros, equivalent to 746 thousand Brazilian riyals, as a prize for the title.
