Samsung

In the case of the Samsung brand, the device can be unlocked without having to delete all your information. see below:

Access the website https://findmymobile.samsung.com;
Sign in with the same Samsung account registered on the device. Remember: To unlock your device, your Samsung account must be registered with your device and verified;
select the “Open” option;
Click “Unlock” and then enter your Samsung account password again.
Wait for unlock
After completing the unlocking, the message “Your phone is unlocked” will appear on the screen.
