Marine Le Pen proposes Macron's resignation, and calls for a referendum on pension reform

The French far-right leader said, in an interview, that the head of state has few options for resolving the crisis

Far-right leader Marine Le Pen pressured President Emmanuel Macron to hold a referendum on the issue. For her, the other option for the political deadlock dividing the French would be the proclamation of the National Assembly or even the resignation of the head of state.

Emmanuel Macron will deliver a speech on the contested reform of the pension system on Monday night the 17th.
