Interview: Clara Buarque says she denied the artistic vein and reveals the dream

Clara Bwark made her soap opera debut with the plot “Travessia” on TV Globo. Pia, the character of the actress, was rejected because of the lovers of the duo Brisa (Lucy Alves) and Otto (Romulo Estrella), but she gained more and more fame and notoriety in the last seasons of the series.

In an interview with O Globo, in a column by Patrícia Kogut with reporting by Giulia Costa, Clara Buarque celebrates her victories in the artistic field, I talked about the familyand the projects and future of the character that gave more clarity to Carlinhos Brown’s daughter, granddaughter of Chico Barque and Marita Severo.

– I’ve always wanted to do a TV series. It’s a dreamy place. This world has always fascinated me. I have been testing at Globo for more than five years. I always knew the right time would come on the right TV series. I am very happy with all the ramifications. The direction the character took was surprising. I think Bea will have a dignified ending and find the love she deserves.

Clara Burke previously did two Disney series, ‘Everything Is The Same… SQN’ and ‘It’s All Right’, before joining the cast of ‘Travessia’. The actress also has experience in musical theatre, but revealed the pressures of landing her first role on open-screen television at the age of 24:

“A little scary. But, having done some work before, I didn’t feel insecure. Of course there is a scary side, because Globo has a lot of vision, it’s a lot of exposure. But I’m dedicated, I really wanted to be here. So I guess it’s It went much smoother than I could have imagined. My mind is different today. Everything evolved until I got to the 9pm TV series the way I got there. For the first time I was able to look back on my work and be really proud of what I was doing, because I was always very critical of myself. It was “Travessia” is a milestone in this regard.

The role of Clara Brock gained repercussions due to the rejection of the character of Bea. About this, the actress revealed that fans on the Internet have crossed the line:

“It’s normal for audiences to want them to end up together. So far so good, it’s part of it. But people need to understand that this is fantasy, they can’t confuse it with real life and attack an actor or actress because of it. Now with social media it’s all Something bigger. You have to protect yourself from all of this. I don’t read, I don’t have Twitter and I don’t log in to see. It’s not constructive feedback, so it’s of no use to me. When people cross boundaries and disrespect you, it hurts me, I’m human. But This can’t be above my work, it can’t take over my head. So it goes in one ear and out the other. I know there is envy. Whoever starts to shine will start to annoy people too. I know this will be a part of my life forever and I must I deal with him in the best way.

I’m still in an interview with O Globo, Daughter of Carlinhos Brown and granddaughter of Chico Buarque And Marita Severo said she denied the artistic vein for a long time:

– I postponed my desire to work in art out of fear. Exposure, criticism and pressure to follow in my family’s footsteps. Because I already more or less knew how this world works and I was very afraid, and at the same time I was happy about everything. Six or seven years ago that would have been a denial to me. I said that this was not what I wanted to do, and that I would try to go the other way. But I guess I was born for this. Since I was a little girl, I’ve had this side, and people in my family already know. I think I inherited a little bit of every aspect of them, singing, acting, dancing… I had nowhere to run, but for a while I didn’t have the courage to admit I was born an artist.

Clara also told how she was dealing with the pressure she was experiencing professionally She comes from a family of famous artists:

– I think that since I was born into my own family, which is of great importance, people always expect more from me and judge me. There will always be comparison with my family and they will set my expectations in hopes that I will reach the same level as them or more. But each one has its own story. I am going my own way and do not intend to be like my father, grandfather or grandmother … I will do it on my own way, I will start now. Many people will doubt my talent. On the other hand, it’s great that I have so much reference in my family. They are my biggest inspiration.

At the end of the interview with O Globo, Clara Bwark revealed that after fulfilling her dream of starring in the 9 o’clock TV series, she has another great desire in mind: to be a mother. I made it clear when I stood with a scenographic belly Behind the scenes of the series:

– It’s a big dream to be a mother, I have a great relationship with children. I was born to be a mother, it is my biggest dream in life. It’s so powerful, I feel an overwhelming energy. But first you have to have a father, someone I really trust. It’s an eternal bond, a very big responsibility. As for me, if I had been married, I would have already been a mother, but at the moment I don’t think about it. I am building my career. But I don’t want to take too long to get it, no.
