Petrobras (PETR3, PETR4) reported on Friday night, the 19th, that it has today paid the first installment of supplementary dividends for fiscal year 2022, as approved by the Ordinary General Assembly, on 04/27/2023.
The total amount distributed this Friday, restated at Selic’s rate between 12/31/2022 and today’s date, based on the contribution status on 04/27/2023 of holders of shares issued by Petrobras traded in B3, corresponds to R$1.44071213 per outstanding common and preferred share in earnings form.

The payment was made by Banco Bradesco, the depository institution for book-listing shares issued by Petrobras.
The oil company clarified that all shareholders with duly updated records had their rights automatically deposited into their bank accounts on today’s date (05/19).
For shareholders who have shares held in B3, payment is made through their brokerage firms.
For holders of American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), payment will be made as of 05/26/2023 through JP Morgan Chase, the depository bank for Petrobras ADRs, taking into account today 01/05/2023 as the date of record .
