The days after the release of new versions of Apple’s operating systems are always dedicated to checking everything that has been announced.

One of the coolest new features of the new systems is NameDrop, which lets you share your contact or other personal information by bringing your iPhone close to the Apple Watch of the person you want to do it with. However, Apple has made it clear that this functionality will come to watchOS 10 later, with an update “at the end of the year.”

In selected hotels it will be possible to connect your devices to the TVs in the rooms to enjoy content during the trip, for example. Apple’s first partner will be IHG Hotels & Resorts, but the feature won’t arrive until the end of the year.


Of course, as iOS 17 testing progresses, Apple may remove or add new features to this list. We will therefore have to wait until the final version is released to find out (in fact) all the initial news.
