Individual Banco Original customers will be integrated into PicPay; See what changes

PicPay today announced that it will become responsible for Banco Original’s retail customers. The change in strategy came from Banco Original itself, which will start focusing solely on wholesale from July this year. In this way, PicPay will be served to individual customers from now on.

According to the statement sent by the bank, the idea is as follows:

The purpose of this movement is to strengthen both brands in their strongest segment – PicPay in retail and original wholesale – and to leverage synergies between operations to gain efficiencies and accelerate new product launches.

The Foundation explains that from July all offers and services from Banco Original will be available on PicPay. Credit and debit functions will be maintained for customers and the bank guarantees that they will not incur any loss with the transfer.

Therefore, it will not be superfluous to change the card, points program, limits and other information, since everything will be migrated to the PicPay platform automatically for customers to continue using their benefits normally, including loans and other products.

The company also notes that all Banco Original customers will also receive an automatic return of 102% of their CDI in 30 days, as well as using all the facilities of their existing bank in the PicPay app, with Cofrinho, allowing you to segregate the funds invested for a larger organization.

If you are a Banco Original customer only, simply download the PicPay app via the link below and log in with the same details as usual.
