This Friday (25) it was revealed that Jessica Kayan, an influencer known as Gkay, has invested nearly R$6 million in a mansion in Orlando, United States. This information was confirmed by moderator Juliana Fernandez, known as Juju de Casa, in a video posted on YouTube.

The content producer has chosen the ChampionsGate condominium as her future home, the same place where actresses Bruna Marquezine and Larissa Manuela acquired real estate.

To purchase the residence, which is supposed to be delivered to Jessica in about ninety days, she shelled out US$1.2 million (about R$5.9 million at current prices). Fernandez explained that the comedian will have a series of themed rooms of her choice at the venue, including one inspired by a version of her famous birthday party, the traditional “farofa da gicaye”.
