On Monday (01/4), the city of Mogi das Cruzes offers the option to schedule a flu vaccine online exclusively for seniors. The “Clique Vacina” regimen is an alternative to immunization with a fixed day and time, but the dose is also available upon request and free of charge at health centres.

Doses are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nine units located in strategic points of the city are open until 6 p.m.: Jardim Efeti, Vila Suesa, Praz Cobas, Alto Ipiranga, Ponte Grande, Vila Nova Aparecida, Botogoro, Jundiapeba and Vila Natal.

This year, doses are registered by name in the Ministry of Health system, so those vaccinated must present a photo document (containing ID number and CPF number) or SIS card, vaccination booklet and proof of the priority group to which they belong.

The vaccine is available for the following at-risk groups:
• Children (from six months to 5 years, 11 months and 29 days)
• Elderly people aged 60 years and above
• pregnant women
• Postpartum women (up to 45 days after delivery)
• Indigenous peoples and quilombola
• People with comorbidities, chronic diseases and other special clinical conditions (see list of covered comorbidities)
• People with motor, hearing, visual or intellectual disabilities (which limit activities of daily living)
• Homeless people
• Health workers (health professionals and other health care workers, monitoring and support services, carers, doulas/midwives and students who provide health care)
• Teachers and other workers in formal education schools: kindergarten, primary, secondary and higher education
• Security and rescue forces specialists
• Armed Forces professionals
• Truck drivers
• Public land transport workers (drivers, conductors)
• Port workers
• Populations deprived of liberty and staff of the prison system.
