Nubank users reported difficulties accessing the bank's app on Wednesday morning (17).
The application fails to log in and customers are unable to complete transactions.
Customers are complaining about the bank’s failure on social media. In response to some users, Nubank said it was experiencing “fluctuations” in the system.
“The roxinho application is experiencing a fluctuation that ends up in a temporary unavailability of account access. But do not worry, the responsible team is working to return everything to normal for our customers,” the bank said in a post on its website. X, old Twitter.
We experienced a slight hiccup that made the app inaccessible for some customers. But don't worry, the issue has already been resolved and is slowly coming back. Until then, we ask that you please be patient, keep the app updated and try again later.

Nubank also asked users to wait until the app is restored.
DownDetector, a website that reports internet outages, recorded a peak of more than 700 complaints around 11 a.m.
According to the platform, the complaints began around 10:20 a.m.
