Celine Dion was one of the singers who performed at the opening ceremony of the 2024 Olympic Games, which was held on Friday (26), in Paris, France.

At the concert, the artist sang the song “Hymne à l'amour”. The show marks her return to the stage after more than a year without performing, due to the nervous disorder she suffered from in 2022.

Celine suffers from Stiff Person Syndrome (SPR). The condition causes muscle stiffness, severe pain and affects movement.

In the film, she appears more accustomed to the condition, medication and physical therapy. The documentary shows the singer in a more relaxed routine as she tries to recover and get back to performing.

In 2023, Celine cancelled all future shows on her Courage world tour. Afterwards, she chose to confine herself at home.

“If someone sees me having a good time with my family, and I’m supposed to be on stage, and they have a ticket for that date, they have every right to come up to me and say, ‘Hi,’” she says in the feature. “I can’t do what I want, I can’t go out.
