Paraná Highway Administration (DER / PR) on Friday (28) published the final tender classification for the PR-160 highway paving, between Empach and Reserva, in the Campos Gerais area. The winning bid was R $ 114,299,502.23, which represents a savings of more than 27% compared to the estimated budget of R $ 157 million.

The estimated deadline to complete all work is 24 months after the service order is issued
The classification of the company stipulated a performance guarantee of 20% of the contract value in order to provide more security for the implementation of the works due to the discount provided. The guarantee rate is usually 10% in contracts with resources from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), as is the case with this collocation.
This solution was the result of an analysis of proposals, documents and months of DER / PR negotiations with the participants and with the Islamic Development Bank, which would also lead to an adjustment of the tax rate on services of any kind (ISSQN) during the implementation of the services.
Now, a five-day period has begun for the provision of resources by companies and other unions that participated in the bidding process.
If no resources are available, or they are denied, DER / PR initiates contract signing procedures, with the service order being issued in sequence, commencement of work.
