A 36-year-old man killed a 26-year-old woman and injured a 24-year-old after he complained that the sandwich he ate there had “too much mayonnaise.” The case took place in a subway in Atlanta, USA, last Saturday (26/6) and was reported by the American NBC News website.
After the attack, the two employees were taken to hospital but the older employee did not survive. Her five-year-old son was in the cafeteria when the crime occurred.
According to the local police, the condition of the other victim is serious.
The owner told FOX5 TV that the two employees had been working in the cafeteria for less than a month.
Atlanta Police Chief Charles Hampton Jr. He commented on the incident for NBC. “It is a tragic situation that should not have happened. It is frustrating that we have a 26-year-old woman who is not among us. It frustrates me that we did not have an individual with a firearm who decided this was the solution to a sandwich dispute.”
