Backstage, the couple prayed together before taking the stage. The singer greeted the audience and when she invited her husband to speak, she immediately received a kiss.

Simone and Kaka have been married since 2013. They are parents to Henry, nine, and Zaya, two. In September, the two used social media to dispel rumors that they were experiencing a crisis in their relationship.

“You’re tied up, bro. Get out of there,” Simone said, entertaining her followers at the time.
