Amazon announces Friday book 2021, with up to 70% off readings

Amazon announces Monday (9/8) the Seventh Brazilian Book Friday – Black Friday Reading, which will take place from August 19, 6:00 p.m., until August 22, 11:59 p.m., with pre-sales for a four-hour application before Book Friday, discounts up to 70% on thousands of titles during the period. There will be more than 4,000 jobs that will have special rates during the week.

There will also be an Esquenta Book Friday, which begins on August 16 and runs until 2pm on August 19. During this warm-up period, readers will be able to purchase free e-books and enjoy the lives of authors such as Jenna Evans Welch, bestselling author of Amor & Gelato.

Along with Esquenta, Amazon launched the Small Publishers and Independent Authors Store, which includes hundreds of books. During the event, a portion of the store’s sales will be donated to the NGO Vaga Lume, whose mission is to empower children from rural communities in the Amazon region by promoting reading and running community libraries.
