An airline launches flights to view the total solar eclipse on board on April 8

After selling out in less than 24 hours after launching its first private flight (DL 1218, which went on sale last week and will fly the Austin-Detroit route), the company is giving customers a second chance to follow the eclipse in the sky on its way to its totality, this time departing Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) to Detroit (DTW), also on April 8.

Delta Flight 1010 will depart Dallas-Fort International Airport at 12:30 PM (CT) and arrive in Detroit at 4:20 PM (ET)*, along with the other flight equipped to provide a “cabin view” of the eclipse ( first flight). Departing from Austin).
