The Minas Gerais Sports Incentive Law aims to promote the practice of sports in the state. The event was attended by the implementers of the State Law on Sports Incentives, as well as representatives of associations, clubs, federations, facilitators and other parties interested in the mechanism. President and founder of the Minas Gerais Jiu-Jitsu Federation, Adir Alves de Almeida, a veteran of the sport of Minas Gerais, was also present at the event and spoke about his experience, “I like to explain, I think it helps us a lot in carrying out our projects, knowing better how to apply for resources.”

State Sports Incentives Act
The State Sports Incentive Law is a program that promotes the practice of sports in the State of Minas Gerais, through which the financial support provided by companies to sports projects approved by Subesp can be deducted from the monthly ICMS debt balance, while allocating the resource in the form of sports to the population. Sports projects must be submitted in accordance with the terms and deadlines of the selection notices.
