City Council authorizes payment of food stamps to health workers

The city council in the capital has authorized the payment of R$494 in food aid to all community workers in the healthagents Public Health and agents to combat endemic diseases. The decree was published in an additional edition of Deogrande (Official Gazette of Campo Grande) on Thursday (24).

The benefit will be paid in conjunction with the food stamp provided for by the Municipal Public Service Act. All retainers and permanent licensees who hold an authorized position are eligible, except for a greater than 200% trust position or delegated position, from codes DCA-1 through DCA-5.

In addition, no person who has been assigned to another public agency at the state or federal district level or who has unexplained absences, delays exceeding one business day, or more than two days of unpaid dismissal or holding an elective office.

According to Sisao (municipal secretariat the health), the advantage was determined after agreement with the categories in the annual salary review. In addition to this new amount, the food allowance has been increased to about R$500, and the additional cost of productivity has also been adjusted, and the latter has a variable amount.
