Composer of Amor de Mãe e Justiça, Manuela Dias will make a TV opera for Globoplay TV News

Taking part in Mais Você on Thursday (1), Manuela Dias said that she is writing her next TV series. The author of Amor de Mãe (2019) has only said that the production will be for Globoplay and is scheduled to premiere in 2024. Currently, she is also working on the second season of Justiça, which will air on Globo in the second half of this year.

Ana Maria Braga hosted the writer on her show to talk about the book Diario de Dona Lourdes that Manuela will be releasing. In the work, she wrote about the events in the life of the protagonist, Amor de Mai, after the events of the series.

The presenter wanted to know, then, if the writer was really preparing for her next TV series. Manuela confirms yes, and Ana Maria questions her about the title of the plot.

Donna Lordes’ breeder warned that this information is “strictly confidential” and cannot be disclosed at this time. She just revealed that the production will be for Globoplay and that it should hit the Globo streaming platform next year.

The author’s next endeavor on the network will be Justiça 2, the new season of the series in which the stories intertwine after being transformed by painful and criminal episodes in the lives of their characters.

The production will be the big launch for Globoplay Dramaturgy in the second half, in October. The cast includes actors such as Murilo Benicio, Paola Oliveira, Nanda Costa, Marcelo Novaes, and Alice Wegman.
