Separate Ways, the long-awaited DLC for Resident Evil 4 in which Ada Wong plays the protagonist, has been officially confirmed during… State of play this Thursday (14). To everyone’s surprise, the launch will take place next week: September 21st.

By orders of Albert Wesker, Ada He is set to obtain the sect’s darkest secret: a mysterious substance known as “amber.” His mission ends up intertwined with Leon Kennedy’s search for the president’s missing daughter, providing an alternative perspective to the main plot revealing the events unfolding behind the scenes.
Additional separate routes were a huge success in the original game, when they were part of the main content, and allow players to control Ada in parallel with Leon’s mission. It even features some notable characters, like Albert Wesker.
In addition to the Resident Evil 4 DLC, PlayStation also announced a virtual reality mode for the game, compatible with PS VR2, and a free game update for Mercenaries mode – arriving on the same day, September 21.
