Swiss Roger Federer and Serbian Novak Djokovic are the highlights of the secret list Tokyo Olympics, in Japan, which begins on July 24. The two search for unprecedented gold. Brazil has four representatives. Federer’s attendance at the Olympics was confirmed on Thursday (1), with all the tennis players who will be attending the games (see below).
Bronze medalist at the Beijing Olympics (2008) and fourth place in London (2012), Djokovic is striving for an unprecedented gold medal.
Federer, gold in doubles in Beijing alongside Stan Wawrinka, and silver in singles in London, is trying his dream of gold in singles after eight years, as a knee injury made it impossible for him to compete in Rio de Janeiro.
Brazil will have four representatives at the Games, with Thiago Monteiro and Joao Menezes battling for the singles category, while Minas Gerais Bruno Soares and Marcelo Melo will compete for the doubles. Brazil is seeking an unprecedented medal in the method.
