Footballer Gareth Bale opens a sports-themed bar. Elevens Bar & Grill will open in the middle of this year in the midfielder’s hometown, Cardiff, UK. The name of the place refers to the shirt number worn by the athlete for Real Madrid and the Welsh national team. The announcement was made last Tuesday (1), on the day of Saint David, the patron saint of Wales.

At 27 years old, Gareth Bale He will invest off the pitch, receiving R$1.3 million a week from the Spanish club. Before opening a new business, the player visits other bars around the world that offer the same offer. “It has always been my goal and ambition to open a sports bar and I feel there has never been a place like this in Cardiff to watch matches and sport,” he said.

Located in the city centre, Elevens Bar & Grill has been a pub since the 1730s and Gareth Bell said: “We hope to have the best burger in Cardiff and I’m really looking forward to people enjoying the experience.”
