a Goal This morning (23rd), with breakfast for guests, opened a new store aimed at customers traveling through Guarulhos Airport (SP). In addition to the reconsidered visual identity, the space offers a service concept that is guided by a more comfortable and welcoming feel. Open at check-in B in Terminal 2 Guarulhos Airport (GRU)the point of departure and arrival for the company’s domestic and international flights, the new store was born as a model to inspire other airline stores in Brazilian airports.
The focal point of the 72 square meter space is the company’s orange LED panel. The place has gained more serving positions, now totaling six, with tables in place of the high tables previously used, and a waiting area with armchairs.
In addition, queues are now organized virtually, without customers having to wait their turn inside the store, if they prefer. After removing the password from the totem, the passenger follows the flow of service on a 70-inch screen. In the coming days, message notifications will be available on mobile phones.
It is with great pride and joy that we present today to our customers: New Joule store in Guarulhos. The improvements implemented in structure and service did not happen by chance in this place, which is one of the most important areas of the company. In this space alone, we receive about 20 million passengers per semester. We want all of them to have a rewarding experience, whether buying or finding solutions for their travels. “With this store, we intend to reach a standard that can soon be applied to stores in other airports, such as Congonhas and Rio Galeão,” says Rafael Araujo, Director of Airport Planning and Infrastructure at Joule.
Business hours in Gol store in Terminal 2 in Guarulhos and from 4 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
