The Killers played at a show in Manchester, England on Saturday night, but the show was interrupted when an aging crowd of fans began to wave.
By NMELeading player Brandon Flowers noticed a man being carried over a barrier at the Emirates Old Trafford ground during the band’s set and wanted to make sure he was well.
Although it seemed to be bleeding from the head, the man, named Billy, came running to the flowers and hugged him, smiling. “Billy Grovesurf tried to do it, he looks like he’s 68 or 69,” the singer told the crowd as he returned to the stage. “I said, ‘Billy, what are you doing?’ And do you know what he said? I’m having fun. ‘

The killers’ current journey across the UK and Ireland is in support of their two latest albums, 2021. Pressure engine And 2020 Making the Mirage explode. In April, the North American tour began with a tumultuous trio of hometown shows in Las Vegas.
For the next three nights, the band performed “Mr. Brightside”, “Someone Told Me”, “Laugh Like You” and “All I Did” on their Chelsea in The Cosmopolitan. Meanwhile, the band’s encore featured “Spaceman”, “Midnight Show”, “When You Were Young” and “Warning”.
