WB Games and NetherRealm Studios have released the trailer for Cyrax. Mortal Kombat 1. see below.
The trailer shows off gameplay and some of the story. We also get a preview of his animals at the end.
In the new age of Liu Kang’s Fire God, Cyrax is a young Lin Kuei warrior from the Zaki clan whose skills earn her an invitation to serve directly under Sektor. She seizes the opportunity with all her distinctive strength, but despite her admiration for her skills, her independence creates divisions between her and her mentor. Consequently, it becomes clear that Cyrax remains invincible and will either serve the Lin Kuei on his own terms, or not serve at all. His high-octane moveset is highlighted in the trailer, including his ability to harness cybernetic technology to execute stunning aerial attacks and evasive maneuvers, which is complemented by his use of energy grids to overwhelm opponents, explosives to extend combos, and chainsaws to unleash devastating attacks.
Cyrax will be available at the launch of the “Reina o Kaos” expansion alongside Sektor and Noob Saibot. The other three characters in Kombat Pack 2 (Ghostface, Conan, and T-1000) will be introduced later.
Mortal Kombat 1: Kaos Reigns It will be released on September 24, 2024. The downloadable content (DLC) includes new story chapters and Kombat Pack 2 with all six characters. Kombat Pack 2 will not be sold separately.
