Do you want to know what the company’s plans are and what new feature it is preparing? So keep following us below so you don’t miss out on any important information we’ve separated for you!
Gather a group with yourself
Basically, creating a group with ourselves is a way to use a simpler notebook or folder to store information, files, important content, and whatever else is on the board. The idea came mainly because the application allows for fast typing, easy access and a high storage capacity of information, all in a very efficient way.
Basically, a one-person group is very useful in everyday life, allowing the creation of shopping lists, drafts, reminders and unmissable links, among other things. For this, many people fix groups in the first place of conversations, such as the need to use them.

How will grandma work?
The portal specialized in WhatsApp, WABetaInfo, has confirmed the end of the development phase of the new update, which indicates that the next step is to put the functionality to the test in the beta version. A large part of the public already has access to the release so that the developers can see the improvements that need to be made before the official release, available for both Android and iOS.
Basically, on the home screen of version 2.22.24.2 there is a button with the highlighted speech bubble icon in the lower right corner. By clicking on it, the user can view the “Contacts on WhatsApp” area in which there will be a choice of “You” or “You” very soon. This way, by clicking on the balloon, the user will be able to start conversations with himself in a video chat only for him.
The best way to set the new feature is through a one-on-one chat that only the account holder will have access to, thus eliminating the need to create a group just for that purpose. However, groups will still be created for anyone who wants to keep blocks. The formalization of the function has not been confirmed for all users, but it is believed that it will be officially announced soon.
For now, users can still use individual groups to keep sharing important content, as they won’t be deleted. It is worth noting that the application has recently released several other functions, such as the ability to recently remove the status from “Online” so that no one knows that you are active in the messenger.
