Nubank continues to update its services to clients from all over Brazil. Fintech is the leading in-app credit card provider for local consumers. Best of all, it remains active and adaptable to changes. Therefore, Nubank decided to release Auto discount for bill payment from purple.
The new function allows the credit card bill to be paid automatically. This ensures that the amount is debited directly from the user’s account on the day agreed with fintech for the bill due date.
How to activate the automatic debit for Nobank bill payment?
Users of roxinho (Nubank credit card) can activate the option through the app. When entering the digital account, simply follow these steps:
- On the main screen of the Nubank application, click on the icon in the upper left corner;
- select “Card Configuration”;
- Activate the “automatic bill deduction” option and that’s it!
Once the function is activated, automatic payment will be made on the next bill due date. Scheduling is always done in the morning so that there is a discount on the amount of the checking account. So, if an error occurs, the customer just needs to access the app and complete the payment manually by the end of the day.
The customer must have available balance on the previous day
Nubank recommends that the customer have the total balance for the previous day’s bill payment. Thus, we guarantee that payment by automatic debit will occur without inconvenience.
“It is worth noting that if you want to pay in advance, by bank voucher, the automatic debit will be paused, and will only return in the next month. Therefore, you will need to make the payment yourself manually. Since the boleto can take up to 3 days Working until it clears, we’ve paused the automatic debit for the month so there’s no double payment,” says fintech.
Automatic bill payment deduction is a way to make life easier for the user and ensure that bills are kept up to date. Thus, there is no risk of forgetting the date and paying interest.
