In the case of workers in the private sector, specifically, it is also necessary to work with an official contract for at least 30 days in 2021.
All citizens still need to have their details properly reported by their employer to the government.

- servants and housekeepers
- Rural workers employed by individuals
- Urban workers employed by private individuals
- Workers hired by individuals are equivalent to legal entities
How much will the allowance be?
- Maximum amount of R$1,320 (equivalent to the minimum wage in 2023)
- This value is for those who worked on a formal contract for the entire year of 2021.
- If you work fewer months, that’s proportionate. For example, if the work is for six months, you earn half (660 R$). If it is only 1 month, you will earn R$110.
