It is considered a turning point in luxury, and the goal is to transform a place in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia into a tourist center
Located in the Red Sea of Saudi Arabia, a high-end island is considered an “ideal” tourist complex project that will change the direction of the region. The building became known to the public after it was presented as SindalaWhich will be transformed into a tourist site with hotels and even artificial snow.
The island is located on the coast of the Arabian Peninsula, and will contain a marina, a golf course, and high-level hotels. The country's first 7-star hotel will also be opened there. Those in charge of the project revealed that upon completion of the work, the site will be able to receive about 2,400 visitors per day.
In a futuristic appearance, the area of the island will reach 840 thousand square meters, with investments estimated at 800 billion euros. The site will be a turning point in the concept of luxury, as shown in the photos of the projects published by the construction companies.
The marina will accommodate 86 luxury boats, of small and medium draft (depth of sea water). Millionaires' megayachts will not be able to enter the port and will have to be dispersed on the high seas, far from the site.
Since all visitors to the island will be from high society, the amenities will suit their profile. An “ultra-premium” luxury hotel will be built with 400 rooms and 300 suites. One hotel chain that has already confirmed its presence in the investment is Marriott.
Those who just want to visit can stay at the Beach Club, a modern yacht club with a gastronomic center with around 40 restaurant options. There will also be a sports area and diving in the ocean to observe local species.
