Serasa advises that interested parties prefer digital media, but it is also possible to negotiate in person at the post office.
Upon entering the Serasa website, simply click on a debt to see the payment options offered and renegotiate. After choosing one of the value options, simply choose whether it will be cash or installment and the best expiration date.
The Serasa platform generates one or more coupons, depending on the payment method chosen, with the correct expiration date. The ticket can be paid either online or at a bank branch or lottery house. According to Serrassa, the negotiations end in less than 3 minutes.
