Serpro holds a new call for public tenders

Serpro invites new candidates and successful candidates in the general competition on Friday 3 May. With this, the company hopes to fill all 602 vacancies offered during the selection process that began last year. Serpro currently has 553 new employees.

For effective employment, persons being called must demonstrate job requirements, including technology training, compliance with military (male) and election obligations, in addition to other requirements described in the notice and call-up letter.

“Strengthening the company with more than 600 vacancies offered in this competition is also a symbolic milestone in resuming Serpro’s leading role as a state-owned technology company in building the best digital government for citizens,” celebrates President Alexander Amorim.

Digital process and atmosphere

The entire relationship process with successful candidates is digital, from formal call to email and WhatsApp. Through the call letter, the successful candidate will receive a link to the digital admission system.

People Director, Marco Subrosa, highlights Serpro's commitment to promoting a cautious, but also agile, atmosphere. “We created the ‘SerSerpro’ programme, which focuses on making hires feel part of the company and, at the same time, enhancing compatibility between new hires and newly hired employees.”

Compensation and incentives

The starting wage is R$9,465.28, which corresponds to a nominal salary of R$8,230.68 plus a bonus of R$1,234.60, for a 40-hour work week. In addition to salary, Serpro employees are entitled to benefits such as health plan, supplemental retirement plan, food allowance, daycare allowance and others.

Persons approved and recalled by the company will be able to request remote work, including abroad, under the conditions stipulated in the current regulations.
