São Paulo's Fit Group, which has about 70 operations in 7 states in Brazil, will open two restaurants at Florianópolis Airport: Dino Restaurante and Rokkon – Gastronomia Japonesa.
The official announcement has not yet been made, but information exclusively obtained by Coluna Bom Dia reveals that the group's intention is to open the units in 2024.
Dino Restaurant is family-oriented and features a dinosaur theme – to delight the kids. The unit will be the first outside São Paulo and is considered the “big star” of the group.
Set to celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2027, Rokkon is an affirmation of oriental cuisine in Brazil's southeastern region. This is also why it will be the first unit of the restaurant outside the central axis of the country.
