These were the 10 best selling cars in Brazil during the first half – Money Times

The total number of registrations between January and June 2023 for the lighting category was 733,442 units, up 7.37% compared to 683,129 sales in the first half of last year.

ChevroletAnd Volkswagen, Fiat, Jeep and Hyundai are the most sought-after brands for Brazilians, with Chevrolet taking the lead in sales in this period. There were 121,088 units registered by the end of June.

Chevrolet’s leadership in the light-duty segment was achieved thanks to the success of the Chevrolet Onix, both in hatch and sedan versions.

With a minimum value of R$83,512.00According to Fipe’s August 2023 schedule, the Chevrolet Onix compact is the car with the most production: 44,110 registrations in the first half of the year.
