Also according to data from Downdetector, 51% of user notifications about the issue on Uber were related to ride requests, while another 34% reported difficulty making payments on the platform. On Google Trends, a platform that monitors searches made on Google, terms like “Uber problem,” “Uber is down,” “Uber is having a problem,” and “Uber support” saw a sudden increase in the past hour.
