‘UK’s smallest house’ at less than eight feet wide sells for more than £1 million | Interests

A house in the UK that is just 2.46m wide is selling for £195,000. Housing in the UK is too small to buy. Despite its size, it has all the essentials of a normal home.

Located in Basingstoke, Hampshire, this small property looks even smaller next to its larger neighbor, appearing as an attached barn.

Its facade resembles a doll’s house with a large window to the left of the front door and a staircase to access the interior. Inside, just 29 m² has a living room/bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom.
