What exercises reduce hip dips?

According to plastic surgeon Alexandre Cataoka, who is also a legal advisor to the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery, this procedure is the most recommended because it uses existing body fat to fill the depression on the side of the body.

Fat can be removed from the breasts, back, and thighs, but it usually comes from the abdomen.

There are specialists who use synthetic fillers such as polymethyl methacrylate and even synthetic liquid silicone. However, according to Kataoka, they are banned because they are not absorbable by the body.

“The contraindication to use is due to the fact that synthetic fillers can cause problems such as foreign body reactions, such as inflammation and necrosis. This does not happen when the fillers are made from body fat,” comments Alexander Kataoka.

Surgery is not recommended for everyone. Anyone who is overweight or obese, or has any clinical problem such as cancer, kidney disease and diabetes, for example, cannot undergo this procedure.

Hip dips are not a problem

Knowing to what extent the desire to change something in the body is self-will or just aesthetic pressure is very difficult. According to Google Trends, Google searches about hip dips are directly related to “hip dip filling value”, “fat grafting value” and “liposculpture”.
