When does the fighting between the UK and the US start this weekend?

Savannah Marshall will look to regain her world champion status this weekend as the former middleweight champion moves to the division to challenge Francon Cruz-Desorn for their undisputed belts.

Marshall was undefeated until her loss to Clarissa Shields last year, a result that saw the Briton stripped of her WBO middleweight title as Shields became undisputed in the division.

Now, the fighter from Hartlepool faces another American at Crews-Dezurn, who will put her four middleweight belts on the line against Marshall, in Manchester. Marshall will enjoy an amateur win over Crews-Dezurn, which she bested in 2011.

The event marks another great night for women’s boxing, as Natasha Jonas is also working and looking to be the world bantamweight champion.

The fight will take place on Saturday, July 1 at the AO Arena in Manchester.

The main card is scheduled to start at 7pm BST (11am PT, 1pm ET, 2pm ET), with the ring walk to the main event around 10pm BST (2pm PT). 4 p.m. ET, 5 p.m. ET).

How can I watch?

In the UK, the event will be broadcast live on Sky Sports and on the broadcaster’s website and Sky Go app. In the US, ESPN+ will broadcast the fights live.
